Administrative Support
While municipal fire departments often share administrative resources with other departments within the municipality, as a stand-alone municipal district, Countryside needs to provide its own administrative support. Working under the direction of Deputy Chief-Support Services Grant, the Administrative Support Division provides support for human resources, finance, billing, information systems and telecommunications support, and general office functions.
Countryside's administrative support professionals work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In addition, because the District operates its own 911 emergency telecommunications center, the IS Coordinator or an outside support contractor is on-call at all times for data or telecommunications network emergencies.
